You should take the Shackelford's off your recommended tech list. I used them previously and had a horrific experience with them. They took my machine and performed more than $1000 worth of unauthorized repairs on it, over and above what we had agreed on, and then they held my machine for ransom until I paid them. Basically they extorted $1k out of me. The whole time they had my machine for repair, they were flaky and unreliable communicators - I'd go weeks without hearing from them, despite me repeatedly messaging them. When I finally got my machine back from them, and they swore it was a museum quality rebuild of the whole machine, it was broken again within an hour of play time. At first they said they would repair it "under warranty" but despite numerous messages to them, they just stopped responding to me. Please don't send them any more business!
